Who: Manger/Recruiter/Coordinator
What: This in-person session is geared for the Manager and Recruiter, but Coordinators also find value in attending. During this session, Recruiters will learn key skillsets and habits they should be doing during the ROS® Process with their candidates. These best practices should become habits for the recruiters as they become more seasoned and will help take their recruitment to the next level. They will dive deep into the recruiter manual and discuss the different phases and steps of the discovery process. Including, call planning, active listening, written communication, follow-up communication, brand story, and data and metrics. You will also learn how to complete the best step 1 call, get a candidate to complete the candidate questionnaire, and get a candidate to Discovery Day.

What:The Community Practice Pillar II – Step 1 Commitment outreach session is a real-time dive in and make some dials session. This is NOT a training. It is designed to get your team moving, stir up some momentum, train and educate all of the Recruitment Team members (brand executives, operations teams and more are welcome to join) on their best practices, challenges, and obstacles they will face when doing Pillar II. All attendees should come prepared with lists to make calls and present results. You will get ROS Community™ feedback on your message, learn about reengagement and having a meaningful conversation to get a Step 1 Commitment.

What:A key skill for Recruiters is transitioning candidates from various steps and phases in the process. This work session will focus on transitioning from Phase I: “vision” to Phase II: “grind.” Recruiters and Managers will learn best practices for managing expectations, having candidates continue to explore their brand, and what signs to look for while doing so. Also, during this session, we will focus in on the skillsets and tools that should be utilized when taking a candidate through Pillar II – Steps 4, 5 and 6 of the ROS® 8-Step Discovery Process.

What: During this training session, the Recruitment Coordinator will understand ROS® best practices, tools that are available, reporting, skillsets needed and responsibilities of their role throughout the ROS® process. The Coordinator is the glue that holds everything together for the recruitment teams.

What: This course is designed to educate, inspire, train, and guide the Manager on how to lead, manage, and coach their recruitment team to accomplish its recruitment goals. During this session, you will gain a deeper understanding of your metrics, what they mean, and what you can do to improve the numbers. You will also learn the keys to establishing a recruitment team rhythm and the keys to well-run meetings and events with candidates, your team, and even ROS ®Support Team.

What: Phase 2 “the grind” comes to an end when a candidate attends Discovery Day (Step 6). In this work session, Recruiters will learn the best practices of transitioning someone from the “grind” into the “angst” phase of the process. Recruiters will work on their role, communication post Discovery Day, important skills needed that help ensure someone is committed to continuing in the process and moves forward with signing a franchise agreement. In other words, “closing” the deal!

Who: Appointment Setter/Coordinator/Recruiters doing Appointment Setting
What:Pillar II of the ROS® is one of the most important Pillars of the process and often overlooked and typically lacks proper reporting and metric analysis. This session is designed to train and educate the Appointment Setter and other team members on their best practices, challenges, and obstacles they will face when doing Pillar I. Including how to property track activity with by utilizing the ROS® Appointment Setter Tracking Report and metric analysis. Come prepared to discuss the importance of the appointment-setting role and practice putting those skills in place. This training includes hands-on and practical “how-tos” to help you achieve your Pillar II results.

What: Led by an industry expert in DISC Profiles, you will gain a deeper understanding of the DISC Profile and learn how to use the DiSC Profile to help you while working with candidates and team members. What: From a first time Recruiter to highly advanced, this virtual session is geared to focus in on the skillsets and habits every Recruiter should have to achieve their results by utilizing the ROS® Process with their candidates. We will once again dive into the ROS® Recruiter Manual and discuss the different phases and steps of the discovery process. Another key item being reviewed is the Individual Recruitment Plan (IRP) and understanding how to use this tool. This is a must attend for all Recruiters and Managers.

What: A key skill for Recruiters is transitioning candidates from Phase I: “vision,” to Phase II: “grind,” and the utilization of key best practices for managing a candidates expectation. Step 4 in the Discovery Process will help a candidate continue to explore your brand, understand the territory and funding options available. This session will focus on the market/territory analysis portion of Step 4. Each brand’s territory step looks different. If we set it up correctly, this part of the “Grind Phase” is the most exciting thing a candidate will do. This session is more of a workshop; you’ll bring your own FDD definition of a territory, learn best practices, and come away with an outline of how you might do Step 4 best at your brand.

What: Funding is a big step in Phase II of ROS®, but that doesn’t mean the conversation starts there. This session will provide an overview of the most common types of lending and then talk about how Recruiters can start the conversation even from Step 1. Having a strong lending partner is a piece of the pie, and you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with lenders. This work session will provide your recruitment team with a high-level understanding of funding options for your candidates, key discussion topics to make sure that are covered during Step 4 and best practices for working with your candidate and funding partner.
