The CGI Franchise team coaches and trains your brand’s development team to help them understand and apply our system based on real-time, hands-on franchise development experience. The team will coach you through the ROS® process and train you to accurately record data based on your brand’s numbers. The Recruitment Operating Systems’®’ success is the result of our team’s cumulative recruitment history. It is constantly being evaluated against industry standards, trends, and changes and still proves to be one of the most successful processes’ throughout the industry.
Art Coley, Jr • CFE
Art Coley has been passionate about small business ownership since he was 15 when he opened a hamburger stand in Temple, TX, and eventually started franchising. Art’s various career endeavors have been centered around making small business ownership accessible for entrepreneurs all over the world.
Jenny Langfeld • CFE
Executive Vice President of Operations
Jenny Langfeld has over 15 years of franchising experience and has been a Certified Franchise Executive with the International Franchise Association for 10 years. Her vast knowledge and experience in franchising brings credibility, strong industry knowledge, and hands-on experience to her role as COO.
Kelley Rieves began her career in franchising 16 years ago and has held roles in both operations/support and Franchise Development. Kelley’s experience includes managing large teams of people, coaching numerous franchisees and business owners, directing marketing and lead generation strategies, and managing and building acquisition, conversion, and programs.
Director of Learning and Education
Kayla leads the Learning & Education effort for CGI Franchise. Kayla’s background is in public education. For over a decade, Kayla served in roles ranging from teaching, curriculum development, and administration. Her experience includes working with student and teacher-learners, and she has a passion for seeing people learn and comprehend content. Kayla’s educational approach is data-driven. When you can see the growth in the data, you know that the content, curriculum, and instruction positively impacts learners. Kayla’s mission at CGI Franchise is to leverage her background in education to impact Brand Partner team members and ensure the best tools are available.
Lesley Van Dusen
ROS® Support Manager
Lesley adds a fresh new perspective to franchise recruitment. Her experience includes a variety of public relations and merchandising efforts on behalf of her clients. Lesley’s prior employment has put her in a position to nurture long-term client relationships as well as monitor industry trends. She has worked with customers to assess their particular product and service needs.
Meagan’s franchising career started in 2017 when she started working with Jimmy John’s as a Guerilla Marketing specialist. She traveled from state to state helping franchisees with day-to-day operations and marketing strategies to increase the sales within their market. Her experience grew exponentially when she became a Community Marketing Manager for Jimmy Johns and was working with 60+ stores, where she assisted in training franchise employees in brand standards, proper operation, and helped manage their day-to-day marketing efforts.
ROS® Support Specialist
Nicole Yates has a vast career in the franchising world. She has worked with brands within the US and Internationally in Poland, the Caribbean and Central America. Working with a few large brands nationwide and internationally such as RE/MAX, Keller Williams and SpeedPro.
Nicole has been able to learn and gain experience from the franchisor side as well as the franchisee side. Her roles have included Development, franchise sales, brand management, reporting, events, marketing and lead generation.
Nicole lives in Colorado with husband and two children.
Daniela is an engineer with international administrative assistance experience. She has mainly worked in the real state field which allowed her to learn more about American shared beliefs and values within organizations and families. Daniela uses her organizational and computer software skills to help improve productivity as well as implementing strategies that greatly impact CGI Franchise and their brand partners.
Daniela is passionate about advocacy and assistance, in addition to statistics and continuous learning. She recently obtained her Business Management Course Certificate from the European Business University of Luxembourg. She is originally from Bogota, Colombia, and lives with her husband, Daniel, in Mexico.
Brenda is originally from Dallas and graduated from H. Grady Spruce in Dallas Texas. She attended college at Central Texas College in Killeen, TX.
