The Recruitment Operating System®’s success is the result of our team’s cumulative recruitment history. It is constantly being evaluated against industry standards, trends, and changes and still proves to be one of the most successful processes’ throughout the industry.

Art Coley, Jr • CFE
CEO
Art Coley has been passionate about small business ownership since he was 15 when he opened a hamburger stand in Temple, TX, and eventually started franchising. Art’s various career endeavors have been centered around making small business ownership accessible for entrepreneurs worldwide.
In 2015, Art noticed a gap in the franchising industry. A franchise might have a good business model and initial success in unit growth, but without a focused system for franchise development, the franchise stalled out. Using decades of experience driving system-wide revenues for Top 200 brands, he formed CGI Franchise. Art and CGI Franchise have addressed the gap in systems and processes for a thriving franchise development team. The system is called the Recruitment Operating System®. Over the years, Art has been influenced by several key figures, including a 1994 encounter with Bud Hadfield, founder of the International Center for Entrepreneurial Development (ICED). Bud inspired Art to deepen his understanding of the franchise industry and the correlation it had on small business owners. The rest is history.
Art’s passion for working with franchise brands in development, recruiting, and onboarding has made him one of the top franchise development professionals in franchising.
He resides in Temple, Texas with his wife, Jean. They have three sons, one granddaughter, and one dog.

Jenny Langfeld • CFE
Executive Vice President of Operations
Jenny Langfeld has over 15 years of franchising experience and has been a Certified Franchise Executive with the International Franchise Association for ten years. Her vast knowledge and experience in franchising bring credibility, strong industry knowledge, and hands-on experience to her role as COO.
She has worked with the Top 200 franchise brands across the country. Jenny’s main focus is the implementation of ROS®, required Franchise Development, Onboarding, Systems, and Processes to support Training and Financial Management to deliver the board’s and investors’ required results.
Jenny and her family live in Temple, TX, with their two dogs.

Bill Brakemeier
Senior Facilitator, Trainer, and Recruitment Coach
On a weekly basis, Bill engages with our Brand Partner leaders, managers, and recruiters to teach different skill sets and behaviors.
ROS® focuses on improving daily habits and competencies at all levels within your development team, so Bill coaches on content, metrics, and training tools that will elevate each recruiter’s game, key activities, and results.
Bill has spent 30+ years helping entrepreneurs and leaders achieve their dreams and manifest their professional goals. As a Fortune 100 Sales trainer and Franchise Coaching specialist, he has worked with 100 plus different industries in over 160 metro cities. Bill’s work with dozens of Franchise brands since 2005 has been reinforced with over 10,000 hours of individual coaching sessions and thousands of group webinars and workshops since 1991.
Bill is a serious book collector and enjoys anything related to psychology, theology, and neuroscience. He lives in Littleton, Colorado, with his family.
Miles Bently
Advisory Board
Miles primarily works with our Brand Partners brands at an executive level, advising on specific situations that prevent recruitment.
Miles has had a career focused on sales, including a season with the Xerox Corporation in several roles. For the past fifteen years, Miles has advised small business owners on how to grow sales.
Miles loves the outdoors – mountain biking, paddle boarding, and walking with my wife and two dogs. He has two daughters and three grandchildren.
Gaby Acosta
Support Coordinator
Gaby has several years of experience as Project Manager. She provides support in different areas for ROS® team members and Brand Partners. She has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and has had an entrepreneurial career focused on product development.
She’s an international team member based in México and lives with her husband and two babies.
She’s passionate about a healthy lifestyle, travel, and drinking a good cup of coffee.
Lennon Coley
Data Analyst
Lennon Coley leads data management and analysis for ROS®, transforming weekly activity and metrics from our brand partners into actionable insights and valuable analytics. With franchise experience at Neighborly and Orange Theory Fitness, Lennon has been a vital part of the ROS® team since 2018.
Outside of work, Lennon enjoys life with his wife, Meagan, their 3-year-old daughter, Rylie Jean (RJ), and their newborn, Copper. As a family, they love spending time on the lake, golfing, and enjoying cozy movie nights together.
Brittney Williams
Integration Specialist
Brittney is the Integration Specialist at CGI Franchise, where she guides new brand partners and their teams through onboarding and mastering the ROS system. With nearly a decade of franchise development experience, Brittney has worn many hats across ROS’s key roles—appointment setter, recruitment coordinator, recruiter, and manager. Each role has fueled her passion for franchise development, inspiring her to help others achieve meaningful results and drive growth within their brands.
Brittney studied English Literature from Weber State University, where she honed her skills in analytical thinking, communication, adaptability, and creativity. These traits have become the foundation of her success in franchise development, allowing her to connect with partners and craft solutions that meet their unique needs.
Outside of work, Brittney calls northern Utah home. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband, son, and their three lovable dogs.
John Paul Cueva
Data Analyst
John Paul recently graduated with a degree in Digital Business Transformation, where he had the chance to work on impactful real-world projects with companies like Oracle, Whirlpool, and L’Oréal. He also participated in an exchange program in Sydney, Australia, focusing on Data Analysis, which further fueled his passion for uncovering patterns, telling compelling data stories, and supporting smarter decision-making.
For John Paul, working with data feels a lot like playing strategy games—which he’s always loved! Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports like paddle tennis, tennis, and soccer, and diving into board games whenever he can.
