Art Coley, Jr
Art Coley became a small business owner at the age of 15 when he opened a hamburger stand in Temple, TX. In 1994, Art met the founder of the International Center for Entrepreneurial Development (ICED), Bud Hadfield and was immediately inspired to gain a deep understanding of the franchise industry and the correlation it had on small business owners.
In 2015, Art Coley established CGI Franchise and now, with a decade of global leadership and sales positions, he has been responsible for driving system-wide revenues and overall business operations for Top 200 franchise brands. Art also accepted the President and CEO position in May 2015 with Franchise Source Brands International.
Art’s passion for working with franchise brands in development, recruiting and onboarding has made him one of the top franchise development professionals in franchising.
He resides in Temple, Texas with his wife, Jean. They have three sons and two dogs.
Executive Vice President of Operations
Jenny Langfeld has over 15 years of franchising experience and has been a Certified Franchise Executive with the International Franchise Association for 10 years. Her vast knowledge and experience in franchising brings credibility, strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience to her role as COO.
She has worked with the Top 200 franchise brands across the country. Jenny’s main focus is the implementation of ROS®, required Franchise Development, Onboarding, Systems and Processes to support Training and Financial Management to deliver results required by the board and investors.
Jenny and her family live in Temple, TX with their two dogs.
Director of ROS® Support
Kelley Rieves began her career in franchising 16 years ago and has held roles in both operations/support and Franchise Development. Kelley’s experience includes managing large teams of people, coaching numerous franchisees and business owners, directing marketing and lead generation strategies, and managing and building acquisition, conversion, and programs.
Kelley attended University of Houston for her MBA program and also has a Bachelors of Science in Restaurant and Hospitality Management from Texas Tech University. Kelley and her family live in San Antonio, but she also spends much of her time in the Temple area at her family’s farm.
Training and Onboarding Coordinator
Shane Mollohan is relatively new to the franchise world, but brings over twenty years of experience in operations, training management and training development. He received a BA in Emergency Management while serving on the U.S. Army and is currently pursuing an MS in Management. He resides in Temple with his wife and three children. He’s passionate about providing exceptional service and delivering quality products.
Lesley Van Dusen
ROS® Support Coordinator
Lesley is new to franchising, but she adds a fresh new perspective. Her experience includes a variety of public relations and merchandising efforts on behalf of her clients. Lesley’s prior employment has put her in a position to nurture long-term client relationships as well as monitor industry trends. She has worked with customers to assess their particular product and service needs.
Lesley has experience in planning and implementing print, broadcast, interactive, and social media marketing efforts. She looks forward to using her multi-layered experience in her new position with CGI Franchise. Lesley received her Bachelor of Science from Texas State University. She lives in Belton, Texas with her family and assorted animals.
Brenda is originally from Dallas and graduated from H. Grady Spruce in Dallas Texas. She attended college at Central Texas College in Killeen, TX.
Brenda has known Art since day one since she is his mother, giving her a very small edge. She makes sure that whenever a group comes in for training, they are well taken care of and feel a part of the CGI family. She also makes sure that anything and everything office is in tip top shape everyday.
Brenda has been married to her husband Art Coley, Sr for 50 years, has 3 grown children and 7 beautiful grandchildren.
