Each of these different scenarios will be presented, discussed, analyzed, and assessed so that attendees can determine if their organization should implement any of these strategies.

What: During this session, we will get into best practices for holding pipeline calls with your recruiters. We will ensure everyone has an understanding of the difference between pipeline review calls and 1:1 accountability calls. Mike Weinberg, author of Sales. Management. Simplified., believes that the 1:1 Accountability Meeting with your recruiters is the single highest impact sales management activity.
