What: Kickstart™ is the first thing anyone needing to learn about ROS® should complete. During Kickstart™ you’ll learn the basics of the process, the history of why ROS® was created, and get a foundation of the system. Kickstart™ isn’t meant to be just for the recruitment team. Anyone within an organization can benefit from learning the candidate’s path.

What: Intro to ROS® focuses on the candidate journey through Pillar 3 (the Discovery Process). You’ll go step by step and learn what is done in each part of the process.

Who: Recruiters
What: This course’s purpose is to educate you on how to best serve your brand in your role as a franchise recruiter. You’ll learn the psychology behind the Recruitment Operating System® 8-Step Discovery Process. You will focus 100% on the first step in the 8-Step Discovery Process on the first day. You are learning which skillsets are needed and how to properly use them to help your candidates navigate their small business ownership search. On day two, there will be a heavy focus on Phase 1: Steps 1, 2, 3 – Learn the skills needed to walk a candidate through this Phase 1 of the 8-Step Discovery Process. During this session, you will deep-dive into questions to ask and what key items to focus on.

Who: Recruiters
What: ROS® says that over 80% of the success in recruitment comes from a recruiter doing a quality Step 1 call with their candidate. This full-day workshop will provide you with a new perspective on Step: 1 “Initial Conversation.”
ROS® recruiters are constantly filling the “5 Buckets,” but in this session, they work on skills beyond asking the questions. As a group, we will slow down and take the time to discuss advanced techniques and tips for learning about a candidate’s “Why” and what winning looks like for your brand.
With informal role-plays and team discussions, we can go deeper into the area of Decision Criteria, Timelines and understand how “Highest Priorities and Values” effects a business owner’s decision-making.

What: A key skill for recruiters is transitioning candidates from various steps and phases in the process. This training will focus on transitioning from Phase 1: “Vision” to Phase 2: “Grind.” Recruiters will learn best practices for managing expectations, having candidates continue to explore their brand, and what signs to look for while doing it.

What: This course is designed to educate, inspire, train, and guide the Manager on how to lead, manage, and coach their recruitment team to accomplish its recruitment goals.
