When: Tuesday, September 17, 2024
Time:
10 am-12 pm CT
Who: Manager/Recruiter/Coordinator
What: A key skill for Recruiters is transitioning candidates from Phase I: “vision,” to Phase II: “grind,” and the utilization of key best practices for managing a candidates expectation. Step 4 in the Discovery Process will help a candidate continue to explore your brand, understand the territory and funding options available. This session will focus on the market/territory analysis portion of Step 4. Each brand’s territory step looks different. If we set it up correctly, this part of the “Grind Phase” is the most exciting thing a candidate will do. This session is more of a workshop; you’ll bring your own FDD definition of a territory, learn best practices, and come away with an outline of how you might do Step 4 best at your brand.

All attendees should come prepared with lists to make calls and present results. You will get ROS Community™ feedback on your message, learn about reengagement and having a meaningful conversation to get a Step 1 Commitment.

What: Funding is a big step in Phase II of ROS®, but that doesn’t mean the conversation starts there. This session will provide an overview of the most common types of lending and then talk about how Recruiters can start the conversation even from Step 1. Having a strong lending partner is a piece of the pie, and you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with lenders. This work session will provide your recruitment team with a high-level understanding of funding options for your candidates, key discussion topics to make sure that are covered during Step 4 and best practices for working with your candidate and funding partner.
